These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to individuals (“you” or “guest”) who use a public booking page powered by Actor to schedule a meeting with an Actor customer (“Host”).
By submitting your information and booking a meeting, you agree to these Terms.
1. Purpose of the Service
Actor provides scheduling infrastructure that enables Hosts to offer booking pages for their contacts. As a guest, you are using this service solely to select a time slot and provide basic details (e.g., name, email, timezone) to coordinate a meeting.
You do not need to create an account or become a registered user of Actor.
2. Data Collection and Use
When you book a meeting, we collect:
- Your name,
- Your email address,
- Your timezone (based on your input or device settings),
- Optional information you provide in booking notes.
This information is:
- Used to schedule and manage the meeting,
- Shared with the Host with whom you are booking,
- Retained temporarily to enable email reminders and prevent double bookings.

3. Communication
By booking a meeting, you consent to receive:
- A confirmation email,
- One or more reminder emails related to your booking.
Actor will not use your contact information for marketing purposes or share it with third parties beyond the Host.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when booking,
- Only use the service for legitimate meeting scheduling purposes,
- Not use the booking link to spam, disrupt, or misuse the system.
Actor reserves the right to restrict access to the service if abuse or misuse is detected.
5. Limitations and Availability
Actor provides the booking service “as is.” We are not responsible for:
- The content of the meeting,
- Any changes or cancellations made by the Host,
- Technical issues that may affect availability.
You should contact the Host directly if you need to reschedule or cancel.
