01 / AI TRAINING
Your content does not train AI models
Actor does not train its own general-purpose AI models on customer content. Approved AI providers do not train on submitted customer content under Actor’s commercial terms.
02 / DATA MINIMIZATION
Email bodies are not stored
Actor processes email content to perform requested features without storing the email body. Limited metadata, saved knowledge, memory, and workflow data are retained where needed.
03 / ENCRYPTION
Protected in transit and at rest
Connections to Actor and approved providers use encryption in transit. Data that Actor must retain is protected at rest, including credentials and backups.
04 / HUMAN ACCESS
No routine human review
No Actor staff reads connected account content. Restricted access may occur for customer-requested support, security investigations, legal duties, or troubleshooting you initiate.

01 / CONNECT
You authorize access
Connect Google or Microsoft through OAuth. Actor never asks for or stores the password to your connected account.
02 / PROCESS
Actor performs the task
Actor retrieves the relevant information to classify, summarize, draft, search, or carry out the action you request.
03 / RETAIN
Keep only what is required
Some data remains for account access, workflows, Memory, knowledge, support, and security. Retention varies by category and is documented in the Trust Center.

You choose what connects and what stays.
Grant access to the accounts Actor needs. Revoke connected-account access and request deletion of Actor data when you choose.

OAuth-based authorization with access limited to the permissions you grant.
Saved context
Memory and Knowledge are retained so Actor can use them; you can review and delete saved information.
