You can cancel your plan at any time and we'll refund you the difference already paid. Some conditions apply based on the agreement we have. Current month is always excluded.
Yes, we can have BAA signed before you start using Actor. If you need SLAs, custom deployment or different AI models get in touch.
Plans are per user, not per account. One user can have multiple accounts connected at the same time.
Each time a Studio automation is triggered, it counts as one run. For example, a workflow that analyzes an email, drafts a reply, creates a task, and sends a notification counts as one run when that workflow is triggered.
We reserve the right to limit resource-intensive premium steps that could generate unusually high costs, such as creating large volumes of audio files or summarizing very large data inputs.
