You can cancel your plan at any time and we'll refund you the difference already paid. Some conditions apply based on the agreement we have. Current month is always excluded.

Yes, we can have BAA signed before you start using Actor. If you need SLAs, custom deployment or different AI models get in touch.

Plans are per user, not per account. One user can have multiple accounts connected at the same time.

For example, if you create an automation that analyzes a new email, drafts a reply, creates a task, or sends a WhatsApp notification, each time that automation runs it counts as 1 Studio run.

A single automation may include multiple steps, but it usually counts as one run when it is triggered.

 
 

 

We reserve the right to limit number of premium steps that could exceed costs. For example generating too much audio files or summary of large data inputs.
