A new app just launched. Get your Calendar Recap for 2025. Preview below:

It processes all events from all calendars under your account. Extracts the following insights:

  • total time spent in meetings, average meeting timee
  • total number of events
  • top people you had calls with.
  • meeting services you’ve used (google hangouts, microsoft teams, zoom, webex)
  • busiest day of the week
  • busiest hour of the day
  • how long do your meetings take.

Works with both Google Calendar and Outlook Calendar.

Go to Agenda > Calendar Apps.

Click Use App and Generate Insights once you’re on the App Page
