After describing Viva Insights Outlook add-in in another post, here’s how ActorDo Outlook plugin it’s a good alternative to Viva Insights.

We’ll start with the most clear difference:

  • Viva Insights is built by Microsoft, and does a better integration and user experience within Outlook
  • ActorDo is built by us, respecting all Microsoft guidelines, including UI. However, like any other Outlook plugin, it has some limitations, including possible errors generated by Outlook.

From this perspective, Viva Insights moves a bit faster and feels more natural within Outlook.
