On 6th May we’ve launched what we call public version. Out of beta. Actor got a big update, with focus on the following:

• improved labels, with more actionable ones
• aligned Gmail & Outlook. Use Outlook folders along with categories.

Before we only had categories with Outlook accounts, which are similar to Gmail labels (multiple categories can be applied to an email conversation).

Based on feedback we are now using those folders, which are created under your Outlook account.

Actor labels

Emails are automatically categorized under those labels/folders when you start using Actor. You can also uncheck the ones you are not interested in using, and they will not be applied to your emails.
