Actor extracts tasks automatically from your emails. You can add those tasks with one click directly to your preferred Todo App.
Actor AI Assistant extract tasks from emails in Gmail / Outlook automatically. With a single button click you can:
- add all tasks from an email to your tasks list
- edit tasks inline (if those extracted could be improved)
- add only selected tasks from what Actor identified.
Tasks are added automatically to either Google Tasks List or Microsoft Todo and are visible across your devices automatically.
You can see the extracted actions under each email. Go to Inbox section and check your emails:
After Clicking Add you will get the task added to your default Tasks App.
