After sending or receiving an email, look for a “Make Public” or “Get Public URL” button.
With one click, your email content is converted into a web page, and you receive a unique, unlisted link you can share anywhere. (link is not indexable by search engines)
2. Export to PDF and share it online
If you want to have your email exported as a PDF and shared online, you can do that with Actor.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is my email searchable on Google if I make it public?
By default, public email URLs are unlisted (not indexed by search engines). However, some other tools offer indexing options if you want your email to appear in search results. Published email using Actor AI Assistant are not indexable by search engines.
Can I remove a public email link?
Yes, simply revoke the link in your tool’s dashboard. The page will become inaccessible to anyone with the old URL.
