Long needed feature of ActorDo: if you want to analyze, labelize past emails according to your rules, now you can do this with ActorDo. Using this you can reach InboxZero.

To access Email Apps go to Email > Email Apps

Step 1. Filter Emails

Step 2. Configure how labels and rules are applied

Step 3. Preview Emails and Run

Important:

  • this app can run only once per account.
  • when finished you’ll get an email with details of the processing
  • there are limits for free vs premium users:
    • 1000 emails max and up to 1 month in the past
    • 10.000 emails max and up to 12 months in the past.
