With Actor Delegation, you can invite an assistant, colleague or operations manager to help manage your Actor workspace—without sharing passwords or giving them direct access to your email accounts.

You let them access and configure your account, including:
- Email rules and labels
- Automated workflows
- Connected account settings
- Calendar and task automations
- Business knowledge and configurations
- Selected email or account information
Different roles can be assigned depending on their responsibilities. For example, an assistant may configure automations, while an administrator may manage the complete Actor setup.
You remain the workspace owner and keep full control. Access can be limited, changed or removed at any time.

Important: delegate can access your saved data, configuration, prompts, knowledge, memory, calendar, email.
Delegate must be an existing user of Actor AI Assistant. He can change if he manages it’s own Actor or what was delegated to him.
