I want to document here because it’s related to churn rate and I’m a data guy.

Steps to disconnect account:

  • Click the delete button linked to the account you want to remove

How to remove access for your Microsoft account

When you delete or disconnect your account we don’t store anything and remove all your data.

However if you want to remove access for your Microsoft account you remove access from Microsoft Account Settings:

Go here: https://account.microsoft.com/privacy/app-access

Search for Actor AI Assistant.

Choose Stop Sharing if you want.

How to remove access for your Google account

To remove Actor from your Google Account access:

Go here: https://myaccount.google.com/connections

Search for Actor AI Assistant. Click Delete al connections at the bottom and Confirm
