Some numbers about Actor.DO – 25 Feb.

We start Actor at the beginning of September 2024, probably 2nd or 3rd.

While the initial idea was slightly different, our current long-term vision is to have a human like AI Assistant at your disposition.

Far from there but we’ve worked a lot on AI Email Management which is like 95% done for Google. Next is Calendar, Tasks and then integration with Microsoft.

I just want to share some numbers, because today we’ve launched our new UX, that will support us to where we want to be.

So here we are:

  • 300 members community on Reddit https://www.reddit.com/r/actordo/ Were many more that showed interest when was private, but how Reddit works… you need to click “Join”
  • 206 total emails that connected with Actor, 103 phone numbers on Whatsapp and 16 push subscribers

  • 136 connected accounts
  • about 40k emails analyzed last week, we apply changes to about 25-30%
  • 135k emails analyzed with AI in total since we started counting (2nd week of 2025)
  • 4800 drafts created with AI.

Our next short-term plans are (like 1-2 months)

  • finish email management to be in a very good shape.
  • integrate tasks & calendar along with email
  • add Microsoft integration
